Custom printing and die cutting of labels for the medical device trade. A variety of high performance facestock and adhesive materials are available to satisfy requirements of many different applications: including pressure sensitive blood bag labels, outer carton labels, and specialty film labels.

Labels can be printed single or multicolor, die cut into unique shapes, and sheeted or wound on cores. Plastic cores are available for clean applications where it is desirable to minimize particulate associated with standard cardboard cores. Orders are packaged and delivered in accordance with customer requirements and specifications.

These are quality labels manufactured using state of the art flexographic equipment by skilled personnel with many years of experience meeting the stringent quality requirements for medical customers. Additional process capabilities include UV and silkscreen printing. 100% video inspection capability is also available for critical jobs where only top quality will suffice.
