Product Inserts, Booklets, and Cards

Many OEM device manufacturers find it convenient to provide their customers with additional information enclosed with the packaging of their device. This could convey instructional material, DFU, or be as simple as a quality card or customer satisfaction survey.

Abbott Associates can print and convert product insert type items and uphold them to the high quality standards ensured by our company quality system. Inserts are typically manufactured from quality heavy weight paper right out of our inventory. Our stock paper reduces environmental impact through Sustainable Forestry Initiative certified sourcing. Prepress, postpress and bindery work is available to provide a quality product manufactured from start to finish in a timely manner.

New: synthetic materials are now available! We have expanded our capabilities to include printing and converting synthetic materials such as YUPO® (polypropylene) and Polyart® (coated polyethelene). These materials are available in a variety of basis weights and thicknesses. Can be die cut into custom shapes to meet unique customer requirements. Will work well for clean applications where it is necessary to minimize particulate associated with regular paper and card stock. These materials boast exceptional properties such as being waterproof, stain resistant, and tear resistant. Both materials are 100% recyclable plastics manufactured with state of the art process’s designed to minimize environmental impact.

Also available are self adhesive synthetic labels in Polyart® PSA and Teslin® PSA sheeted materials. These labels have a scored back to facilitate peeling away the liner for application.
